About The Paideia Leadership Institute

The Paideia Leadership Institute (PLI) was established to advance the flourishing of classical Christian education through excellence in leadership and operations. Founded by Curcinda Young, an experienced strategic leader serving in a classical Christian school in Ventura County, PLI was born from both conviction and experience.

Having witnessed firsthand the challenges schools face—limited financial resources, expanding demands, and a shortage of operational and executive expertise—Curcinda recognized the urgent need for a trusted partner in sustainable school leadership.

The Paideia Leadership Institute exists to fill that gap. Through principled guidance, strategic insight, and operational mastery, PLI equips classical Christian schools to thrive with clarity, integrity, and enduring impact.
