Why PLI Exists

Classical Christian schools are entrusted with a formative mission that requires more than conviction and curriculum. As schools grow, pursue accreditation, navigate leadership complexity, and steward limited resources, their ability to sustain the mission increasingly depends on the strength of their governance, strategy, and operations.

Many Heads of School carry strategic and operational responsibilities without access to the executive-level infrastructure larger institutions take for granted. Strategic priorities remain difficult to implement, essential systems depend on individual effort, and accreditation can expose gaps that leaders have not had the capacity to address.

The Paideia Leadership Institute exists to strengthen Christian schools through strategic planning, disciplined execution, operational systems, and accreditation readiness support.

Founded by Curcinda Young, PLI draws from direct experience in classical Christian school operations, strategic planning, accreditation preparation, institutional systems, and mission-aligned execution. PLI serves Heads of School who desire practical structures that strengthen both leadership capacity and long-term faithfulness to mission.

PLI is founded from direct experience in classical Christian school operations, strategic execution, accreditation preparation, institutional communication, and mission-aligned systems development. Our work is designed for school leaders carrying the responsibility of strengthening both mission and institutional practice.
